Initially he worked as an employee for well-known multinationals based in Parma and then continued as a freelancer and owner of an engineering studio.
Paolo holds a diploma as a mechanical engineer and has to his credit several training courses on the main design and simulation software.

Gabriele Ubaldi
Operations ManagerFor over 25 years Gabriele has been working with his company Ubaldi srl in the field of food and pharmaceutical automatic machines, offering contract machine assembly, plant start-up, machine overhaul and customization services.
Gabriele's previous experience was gained in the field as an assembly worker, then as a tester, then as a service technician before becoming workshop manager.
The world of tuna canning has also been a daily bread for Gabriele.
Gabriele speaks Italian and English.
